Relaxed and Caring
Sit in sukhasana (easy pose). Extend the Jupiter (Index) fingers of each hand and lock down the other fingers with your thumbs. This is a Jupiter energy Mudra.
With your eyes 9/10ths closed look at the tip of your nose. Position the hands so that the Jupiter fingers point straight up and you can see one hand on each side of your nose.
From the view of the meditator, the tip of the nose will be at the centre, with one hand each side.
The position is very personal, each person will have to arrange their own distance so that they can see all three points.
Inhale deeply through the mouth and exhale completely through the nose. Slowly and calmly. 11 Minutes. Increase the effort and breath as heavily and rapidly as you can for 1 and 1/2 minutes.
Exhale with rough the nose with such force that the breath becomes hot. When the breath is taken in deeply and exhaled with power through the nose toxins are released. The concentration on the optical side will help your pituitary see the unseen.
Sit straight and put your hand in your lap in Shiva Mudra. Meditate on your spine, visualise it as a tube of light.. Inhaling track the spine downwards, exhaling track the spine back up. See the serum contained in the spine as a blue light. The mind will grasp this idea. Gradually your mind becomes clearer and your will strengthens. 2 and 1/2 minutes.
To finish: Sit as straight as you can, interlock your fingers behind your neck. Inhale deeply, hold your breath for 10 – 15 seconds and press the neck forward with the clasped hands, while at the same time pressing backwards with the neck. Repeat this breath sequence twice more.
The hands and the neck push in opposite directions, counter balancing and neutralising one another.
