Calm yourself and claim yourself

Sit in Sukhasana (easy pose) with your spine straight, chin in and chest lifted.  Bend your elbows and lift your forearms so that the elbows are not resting on the ribs.  Create a 45° angle from the elbow to the finger tips.  The hands are in Gyana Mudra, the tip of the thumb touching the tip of the index (Jupiter) finger.  Close your eyes.  Inhale deeply through the puckered lips with a whistle for 3-4 seconds, hold the breath 3-4 seconds and cannon fir the exhalation out through the mouth. 11 minutes.

Cannon Breath is a powerful exhalation from the naval point through the mouth.  The cheeks are firm and the pressure of the breath passes over the tongue and out the mouth, without bulging the cheeks.

To finish; Inhale deeply, hold the breath for 10-15 seconds, while you stretch the spine and tighten every fibre of your body.  Cannon fire the breath outwards on the exhalation.       Repeat this sequence twice again. Relax.

Do this meditation every day for 11 minutes and soon you will reap the benefits of the changes it brings.  Whistling the breath in through the saliva has a magnetic effect on the body.  To push the breath out with Cannon fire takes away all that is not needed in your being.  The posture contains your energy within, the arm position itself works on important meridian points.

We live and die by breath.  If you meditate on your breath the knowledge of the Pranic Vidya, the knowledge of creation and creativity and all the incarnations, will dawn on you.  If you start valuing your breath, valuing your environment, valuing your projection, then everyone will value you.

We each have a diamond of consciousness to offer this world.

Let it shine
