This quarter Moon post comes one week into our latest Kriya. – A meditation to open the 4th, 5th, and 6th chakras.  Before I interpret the above chart I would like to say « Thank you » to readers who have taken the time to inform me of your participation and expressed your appreciation for what I aim to share.  Although a 40 day practice brings specific benefits to the human nervous system, it is the perfection of the meditation that counts – so feel free to begin today.  If you miss a day simply start again.  Because, as some of you have now noticed for yourselves, the amplitude of the accumulated effects of practicing for over 120 days, 200 days and beyond are simply Miraculous.

Only my condemnation injures me

My condemnation keeps my vision dark, and through my sightless eyes I can not see the vision of my glory.  Yet today I can behold this glory and be glad.

A Course in Miracles – lesson 218

Although each of us has an individual birth chart – here I ask those of you that asked me to read yours to be patient, I am working through them one at a time – We can read the above chart for the collective.

The Moon is currently transiting out of the constellation of Pisces, with its watery spiritual energy, which often has one awash with unresolved emotion and into the more self-assured fire sign of Aries.  What is still plainly evident is the many squares linking the planets in Aries to the planets sitting in Capricorn.

The many red lines with squares link the fifth House to the eighth House, indicating that our self-expression, creativity and playfulness (matters of the 5th House) are currently linked with transparency, healing and deep communion (with which the eighth House is concerned).

When we consider what prevents or restricts us from being our authentic self it can only be one of two things (or a combination of both) fear of the future and the need to control all possible outcomes to events and circumstances or the unresolved experiences of our past.  If we accept that from a spiritual view our role is to hold a certain frequency we become solely responsible for all situations in life, both individually and collectively.  Thus from the current world situation of an invisible outside threat and the imposed restrictions of confinement, we can plainly see an underlying belief in separation and fear of the unknown.  What is important then is how we digest these experiences.  Impatience, vindictiveness, a violent temper, being unwell and holding or clinging onto things or situations are all unpleasant feelings caused by a full and therefore stressed intestinal system.

Daily dietary elimination and intestinal cleansing are incredibly important to practitioners of Yoga.  In fact just the cultural conditionnent of eating three meals a day puts a huge stress on our alimentary canal, let alone considering what and how much the average human eats.  I will address this topic another time and start to add healthy enjoyable recipes for those of you inclined to change your relationship to food and nutrition. For now if you find that your daily ablutions lack rhythm or consistency try this…
