unto Infinity
This meditation balances the frequency and quality of the heart centre. The heart center opens our potential for compassion and humility. Humanity is going through a global transition, we are preparing for Universal consciousness and kinship….
This can be brought about by hardship and time or by meditation and mantra… the difficulty is that we have been conditioned, by our religions, education systems and Universal force of governments. We are used to following… celebrities, fashion, film’s everything is « on trend » and tweeted and we have developed the herd mentality.

Mantra or Bhakti Yoga (The Yoga of devotion) opens the heart center and the mind has difficulty following the heart’s frequency. But it is through the understanding that comes from the heart, that the mind can realise the concept that infinity is within us.
So
Sit in Sukhasana (easy pose) with a straight spine. Bend your elbows and place your palms against your chest so that you can press your thumbs against the ribs under the armpits. The hands rest gently against the chest and the arms relax against the torso.
Gently close the eyelids so hat they remain slightly open (you’ll be able to see a little light or the eyelashes).. Pucker the lips and inhale deeply through the mouth with a whistle. Listen to the whistling sound of the inhalation as you mentally vibrate « So ». Completely exhale through the nose as you listen to the breath and mentally vibrate « Hung ».. 11 minutes.
So Ham means « Infinity, I am Thou »
