Salubrious September

Views like this certainly help us to remember how much we are blessed. The above photo was taken on a recent Sunset / Moon rise walk, here in Saint Pabu.   To live in such a sublime environment certainly helps when learning how to be a beacon of light.

After a wonderful summer break I am happy to welcome you back to class..  

For this Autumnal term the planning  ૐ has been reduced, all three classes will take place on Monday’s and I will not hold a monthly Kriya or extended practise until further notice.  I will send out a private mail inviting you to any events that do occur, so if you wish to be included please send me your contact details.

I do intend to continue to write monthly posts and to share my ever increasing knowledge of sidereal Astrology.  You may have begun to see a predominance of certain constellations; we live in a time where the four major signs are Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius and Gemini.. ૐ

One thing for sure is that WE live in a world of perpetual change.  Our inner peace and subsequent enjoyment of life with all its challenges depends on our capacity to accept life as it is at any moment and to dance in time to the music.

Reminding ourselves that Freedom ૐ is not « doing what we want to do, when we want to do it », but doing what we are required to do at the precise moment that we are required to ».

Being aware of the passage of time is an important step in our evolution of consciousness.  A wonderful exercise, which is used often within A course in Miracles ૐ is to use the first minute of every hour to remind ourself of a certain affirmation.  In the beginning you may need to use an alarm from your watch or phone.  AT first try the exercise on a day where you will be relatively available and simply, at the turn of every hour close your eyes and give a full 60 secs to feeling the Earth element and its sensation of Presence ૐ and the Water element as a sense of deep peace..

A mental affirmation such as … I will be still and enter into Silence ૐ... is a powerful phrase.
