Varenyam – Fit to be worshipped or adored
Bhargo – Remover of sins and ignorance; Glory Effulgence
Devasya – Resplendent; shining
Dheemahi – We meditate
Dhiyo – Buddhis; Intellects; Understandings
Yo – Which, who
Nah(a) – Our
Prachodayat(o) – Enlighten; guide;Impel
