Mini Stage
The power of Innocence.
The importance of honesty and truth in our practise.
In timing with the November New moon hence a perfect time for retreating into oneself for observation and reflection I will offer 4 hours of practise 7am -11am at 45€ૐ
For this first Mini stage we will concentrate on creating strength.
Strength of seeing
Strength of feeling
Strength of being.
Based on the practise of Swasthya Yoga this longer class will enable you to go deeper and rest for longer in each part of the Adi Astanga Sadhana (ethicsૐ)
Due to the current size of my studio this retreat is limited to 6 people.
The studio will be open an hour in advance for self preparation and advice.
Light refreshment and companionship to follow
