Venus Kriya are exercises carried out in pairs.. This dyad symbolises the union between the divine feminine and masculine. Seated or standing, in series extending from 3 to 15 minutes (maybe 31), you will be asked to maintain a position, breathe or chant in a certain way and simply look into your partners eyes. You are welcome to come as a couple and stay together or experience this very liberating experience with complete strangers.
For most this can be a bit disconcerting, but there is nothing to fear, nothing to hide. This gesture of regarding the other simply removes the barriers or veils that mask our awareness of union and light.
