The five Tibetans are the most powerful off all yoga practices.. This is simply a small visual of the physical exercises that we will be performing.. The rest is in the breath and to learn that you will need to come and experience it for yourself.. This series of exercises may take years to master, but be patient and you will discover an inner source of renewable energy.
