Coordinate mystery into mastery

This is a very simple meditation, but it is very powerful.  It coordinates both hemispheres of the brain bringing insight of the three bodies ૐ(Physical, Astral and Causal).

Sit in Sukhasana (easy pose) with a straight spine. Gently wrap the palm of one hand around the back of the other and cross the thumbs, allow the hands to curve around one another in a very relaxed way, it does not matter which hand is on top.

fullsizeoutput_2383Hold the Mudra at the level of the chest.  Begin by looking into the third eye point and then lower the gaze to the tip of the nose and keep the focus there. The breath is done in the following four breath pattern.

 

1.Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose.
2.Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth.
3.Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
4.Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose.

Continue this sequence using deep powerful breaths.  When breathing through the mouth purse the lips as if to whistle.  Start with 11 minutes and gradually build up to 31 minutes.
