Thank you to everyone who has participated in these on line lessons.. It was an amazing experience to stretch my consciousness from Saint Pabu just to Switzerland. The energies of Jupiter are incredibly subtle and any change of consciousness needs to be fully assimilated.  

I balance this with « putting my hands in the Earth » and gardening, nurturing my children and watching the stars.  I strive to reply to all text, emails, calls in the shortest time delay possible without spending all day on line.

I am using the free video conferencing platform Zoom to continue transmission of the Yoga philosophy at this time of world reorganisation.  It’s a free platform which you can down load, but from now on meetings are limited to 40 minutes.

We will meet again Monday at 9 pm
