Firstly, Thank you to everyone who braced the elements to participate in this months Mini-stage. I encourage you to continue the exercises to deepen your awareness of breath and to close your eyes and dance. Where as Asana will strengthen and bring flexibility to your physical body Bhuta shuddhi will purify it… The elegant, undulating movements we practised will bring stability, pose and and grace and a feeling of weightlessness. Gradually your ability to « feel » the material world around you will develop. Take your time, use music that soothes, breath slowly and enjoy the experience… We will, have other opportunities to dance together, for longer and in a larger space.
