I have been posting these videos on time lapse just to show
How i start my morning as
I share this course with you
I got really injured and I did not understand why or what to do…
I have always been healthy and I thought I understood why
But there are levels in perception
Until one person reaches true knowledge, and everyone remembers how to fly
So this video today is at my natural speed…listening to Ram das mantras
And coloring with ease
Using up my children’s old crayons and remaking my life with Only love
So now I see that learning French really was a gift from above
and hurting my neck from too much gardening as it goes
And an over zealous hug
And not forgetting the Corgi that head butted me on the nose
If that wasn’t in itself just enough
I could only hear spirit as I fell back and bumped my head
That’s when I started to be guided to redo this course again
And to finally accept that only the ego feels pain
So mind has died and died again, oh boy yes I have cried
I am not saying that this course is easy
But it is simple in its way
To bring you back to a point
Where you can say
My mind holds only what I think with God
And If you defend you are attacked
So here I stand in my authentic defenselessness
As I declare
Sickness is a defense against the truth
So watch this and be healed
