First quarter moon in Ophiuchus

With the sun now in the earth sign of Virgo we find it square to a moon in thirteenth constellation that is used in sidereal astrology; that of Ophiuchus. Ophiuchus is concerned with healing yourself and others through redeeming the physical and instinctive nature, its debated whether its a water of fire sign; as water and fire make vapor I will use the combination of these two elements for my analogies..

Here might I add that you might like to read today’s post from a course in miracles.. Lesson 136 which is a highly pertinent number for myself personally.

So a first glance we can see that the Moon is also square to Neptune in Pisces; quintux Mars currently in Gemini and Mars, which is the planetary ruler of Ophiuchus is in opposition to Pluto, which is placed in Capricorn.

However we look at it, there is certainly a lot less fire and more water and air to help flow and elevate after this period of intense fire.

Back to the Moon and its placement today, as 18/9 or 9/18 as is used in the states can also be said to be a portal or a gate or maybe its just easier to explain it as a opening in consciousness which can be used to step into a higher time line; one where more of us are following the Voice for God, and following a plan that has everyone’s best interests a heart.

Neptune in Pisces, releasing the unknown and the unconditional acceptance of life, its why I talked of lesson 135, because there is freedom and peace to be found by going with the ebb and flow of life..and those balance qualities of Ophiuchus will manifest. The spirited regeneration of a transmuted past, leaves one renewed and revived to connect with life which can only truly said to exist when you are in the present moment…Presence

When the qualities of Ophuichus are over emphasized one tends to be purely instinctual, destructive even sadistic and totally enslaved to controlling the material world by thought and deed; under emphasized fearful and guilt ridden, empty and desirous to be enslaved to a dysfunctional world is the result..

We are creative beings and yes we are able to manifest, take the time to listen and act accordingly to a higher Voice, which is still thyself and I’ll finish this post today with a link to this prayer.. The great Innvocation

Chiron which is also linked as a planetary ruler to Ophiuchus can be found silently, without aspects on the cusp of Pisces and Aries.. the end and the beginning of the Zodiac and once again the combination of water and fire..

You do need to let go of control and give permission to the plan to allow your life to flow with a loving force… prepare to advance rapidly, expect the unexpected and enjoy yourself…
