3 Remain on the back, inhale and bring the legs straight up in the air, close together.  Exhale as you quickly bring both heels down to strike the buttocks with force.  Inhale the legs back up and exhale the heels down and continue at a very fast pace for 1-2 MINUTES.

4 still on the back, begin alternate arm and leg lifts:  As you inhale, raise the right leg and the left arm to 90-degrees, then lower them as you exhale; repeat on the opposite side.  Continue alternating sides 1-2 MINUTES.  Go as fast as you can.  Keep the legs and arms straight.

This is a good exercise with which to balance yourself  when your energy is off, especially if you are feeling dizzy or physically unbalanced.

EK Kriya

Posture:

Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine

Mudra:

Bring the left hand, palm down, in front of the Heart Centre; the left forearm is parallel to the floor.  Bend the first three fingers of the left hand 90-degrees so that the fingertips are pointing down and the middle and distal joints are straight.  The Mercury (pinkie) finger and thumb remain parallel to the ground and pointing toward the right.  With the right elbow bent 90-degrees, raise the arm so that the upper arm iOS parallel to the ground ands the forearm is perpendicular to it.  Bend the right wrist 90-degrees so that the palm faces down and the three fingers point forward.  Join the first three fingers, pulling the Mercury finger and thumb, away as much as possible.  Hold the posture and the fingers tight.  The strength of the fingers will let you know that the brain is feeling the feeling and the sensitivity.

Eyes:

Closed.  Concentrate at the Third Eye Point.

Breath:

Breathe very long, slow and deep.  Control the breath for the best results.  You can create the maximum energy balance with this breath; it is the only voluntary power you have over your pranic body.

Time:

11-MINUTES

To end:

Inhale deep, immediately exhale completely, hold out 20-SECONDS.  Repeat twice more.  Relax.

Comments:

Keep the antennae (fingers) tight and control the breath for best results.  Let the energy automatically flow.  Breathe very long and slowly.  Simply meditate on the breath.  This is said to balance the pranic body with the arc body.
