I am consoled in the delicious silence of my soul
This Mudra promotes the exhalation and release (in case of grief, pain, loss, lack, and with fasting). The fingertips rest on the back of the hands. The contact between the thumb and index finger symbolizes the connection of human consciousness with cosmic consciousness.
Drop everything that oppresses you and release it to the cosmic consciousness. Visualise a spirit being of divine light who listens to you, consoles you and assists you. They cannot change the facts that overwhelm you (many are on a higher plane), but consolation and help are at hand – if you allow.
