Place the tips of your Index, middle, ring and little fingers together, let the thumbs lie parallel creating a path that points to the triangle of light. This opening symbolises the opening to divine wisdom and creativity.
Hold the hands in this position in front of the forehead and gaze (without blinking) through the opening. Then close the eyes and lower the hands to a point just under the chin. Pay attention to your breathing. With every exhalation sound « HoH » and let yourself be carried with the sound into Infinity and into the great mystery of life itself.
Many triangles are formed when holding this Mudra. The triangle is the sign of the Divine fire of Inner strength that is needed on the Path to spiritual realisation.
