Affirmations
With the Moon shifting from Libra into Scorpion..her light shifts, exposing the truth through deeper involvements and penetrating the into depths of life are focus.. Today I suggest that we observe how we converse with ourselves and with others. To discover the tone of our inner dialogue, Simply ask yourself…..are my words kind? do I speak my truth, do I feel empowered and heard in my internal and external dialogue??
Those of you that practise with me regularly are well voiced in the affirmation we use at the end of each seance. You are also used to me saying how wonderful it would be if we could hear all our voices speaking from our hearts.
So that is my intension, to record as many of you as I can, using the attached audio as a guide, if you can come early or stay a few minutes after class and we will weave our voices and listen to the result at the end of the Kriya.
