Seeing from the Souls perspective… what can I become? What can I create? How can I be of service? Rewards one with a sense of self-worth.
For this 3 hour practise I will share with You, Meditations and Kriya…Pranayama and Yoganidra.. A soft feminine practise, I will use the beautiful sounds of the 12 chord guitar as a support as you integrate and Feel the Golden Orb of light, The Spiral of Amethyst, Our Cosmic Wave and the Dandelions of Heaven..
Due to the current size of my studio this Mini-stage is limited to 6 people.
The studio will be open an hour in advance for self preparation and advice.
