Using individual, Venus (pairs) and group Kriya with the aid of Mantra, Mudra and Meditation this 2.5 hour practise will benefit from the energies of this months full moon in Taurus.
This Earth sign invites us to slow down and take the time to “smell the roses of our personal garden”, to feel the rhythm of our Mother earth allowing ourselves to realign with the voice of our soul and hence bring harmony to our relationships.
